Biodegradable ,high strength ,wetproof, 2-walls of sack-making paper with glued vinylon ,dissolved in 80 centigrade water  

They're made with new process of weft surrounding continuously and non-middle-suture by composite sack-making machine. Generally, composite packing consists of 2-walls of national standard sack-making paper outside and inside, between which is a glued net vinylon ,thus combining 3 into 1.Without condensations aldehyde  treatment ,vinylon soluble yarn can be dissolved in 80 centigrade water, so the used sacks can be recycled without any pollution to environment after going through hydrolysis. In addition ,the sacks have good features of wetproof , thermo stability, anti-aging, high strength, lower broken rate and raw material saving. The products have been samples and tested by the State Products Quality Control Department, all technical properties are up to or exceed the latest national standard. We have solved the problem that is very difficult to overcome existed in heavy packaging for a long time .Therefore, they are widely used by the State and comply with International Environmental Articles .Today ,they are exported to American, Japan, European, Australia and other countries. Composite packing sacks are widely applied to pack building materials ,chemicals, minerals ,agriculture products ,powder, food, feed, kernel and seeds.
